Roteor is the 35th Cydroid synthesized in Earth 2. It carries Legendary status.

Being part of the 1st edition of Cydroids released, this variety has the capability of raiding properties within range, and extracting loose ether. 

The Roteor Cydroid also has the ability to be fused with a Tanzanite jewel in order to harvest Thorium Occurrence Units (OUs).
