The marketplace is the go to location on the site to seek out properties that people are offering for sale. 

At the top of the marketplace – properties section, there is the filter and search options.

The search options are basic, simply matching keywords.

To the right of the search box, there are checkboxes allowing you to specify which field to search by, such as country the properties are located, the property description, or the property owner. 

There is also a check box option to limit the search results to only properties that you have available for sale labeled as “My property only.”

Beneath the search options, there are some options to sort or filter the results.

These include: 

• Sort By: 
• Filter by Country
• Filter by Tile Class
• Filter by Land Tier

Sort By includes: 

• Tile value low – Lowest price per tile results first
• Highest Net Worth – Highest price per tile results first
• Most Tiles – Properties displayed largest plots first
• Property Value Low – Least Expensive properties displayed first

The various filters available for results include: 

• By Country – Displays only properties from specified country/region.
• By Tile Class – Displays properties of specified land class (Tier 1 properties only) 
• By Land Tier – Displays properties of a specified land Tier

Beneath the sort and filter options there is an option to filter by property size. This allows you to search for properties within certain sizes. 

You can either specify an exact match by entering a single number.
IE: 25

Alternatively You can also search for a range by entering two numbers separated by a dash.
IE: 25-100

The properties results displays with the following information: 

• Tiles – The number of tiles the property for sale is comprised of
  
• Tier – The Tier designation of the tiles the property is comprised of
• Class – The Class designation of the tiles the property is comprised of (Tier 1 Only)
• Claims – Number of resource claims are pending on the property
• Country – The flag of the country the property resides within
• Essence Promised – Any essence contained within the property that is yet unclaimed
• New Land Value – How much the property would cost if purchased new from the map, displayed as Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3
• Description/Advertised Price – Player entered or autogenerated description of the property, and asking price.
• % vs New Land Value – The difference between the asking price, and the new tile price based on relevant Land Tier displayed as a percentage
• Action Button View – Clicking this button will allow you to view the property information page
• Action Button Buy – Clicking this button will open the property on the map along with a button to purchase the property
